General terms and conditions

All of our services are subject to the following conditions, unless explicitly changed or supplemented by a written agreement.



All our quotes are limited in time, either according to the legal rules or to the information in the quotes themselves. Our quotes are confidential and only persons effectively entrusted with the matter may have access thereto.



A booking can be made in writing, by telephone or online. The booking is valid after confirmation by the contractor and the client accepts the general terms and conditions.


Prices and orders

All prices on price lists and brochures are non-binding, the prices on quotes are binding. The indicated prices are valid for payment by Credit Card, Bank or Postal transfer. The acceptance and performance of bookings can depend on a solvency check or a payment in advance.

In case of a cancellation the following rules apply:


- 96 hours before agreed pick-up time: no payment is due
- 96-48 hours before agreed pick-up time: the customer is obliged to pay 50% oft he reservation fee 
- less than 48 hours before agreed pick-up time: the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the reservation fee



Limousine / Taxi Zermatt has no responsibility or liability to the customer for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pick-up and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control (force majeure).


Methods of paymnet

The payment can be made by:

- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express); there will be a 5% surcharge for payments made by Credit Card
- Cash; to the driver after the journey



By booking a trip, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions.



For any disputes is exclusively Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction is Zermatt. Our company will at all times endeavor to amicably and by mutual agreement to resolve any differences with their clients.
